Glassware sells one category of thing, and tries to sell it properly: glasses you drink out of.

Most glassware is sold either as fragile luxury you are afraid to use, or as cheap stock that chips in a month. We are aiming at the part in between — glass thin enough to feel good in the hand, made well enough to go in the dishwasher without ceremony.

What we look for

Thin walls. The wall thickness at the rim is the single thing you notice most and the first thing cheap glassware gets wrong.
Cut rims, not rolled ones. A flat-cut rim puts the drink against your lip instead of a bead of glass.
Weight in the base, not the bowl. Stability where you want it, lightness where you don't.
Packed to survive. Moulded pulp inserts, not loose foam.
