Is your glassware dishwasher safe?
Most of it, yes — each product page says so specifically. Our decanter and the finest stemware are hand wash only, because a dishwasher rack is where thin stems die.
What does "lead-free" mean?
Traditional crystal uses lead oxide for brilliance and weight. Ours uses alternatives, so the clarity is there without lead ever touching your drink.
Can I put hot drinks in these?
Only in the pieces marked heat-resistant, such as the Ember double-wall glass. Pouring boiling liquid into ordinary glass can crack it.

My glass arrived broken. What now?
Email uu0123863@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days. We send a replacement free and you do not return anything.
