These terms govern your use of bestglassware.online and any purchase you make from it. By using the store you agree to them.
1. The store
bestglassware.online is operated by Glassware. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the store or any product at any time.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finish can vary between screens, and glassware dimensions and capacities are nominal, with small manufacturing variation. That variation is not a fault.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in [CONFIRM: your store currency] and may change without notice. We try hard to avoid errors, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where stock has run out, where we suspect fraud, or where the billing and shipping details do not match. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Safe use of glassware
Glass can break and broken glass can cut. Do not pour boiling liquid into glassware that is not marked heat-resistant, do not take glass from the freezer straight into hot water, and stop using any piece that is chipped or cracked. Follow the care instructions on each product page.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, or scrape or copy its content for a competing service.
9. Intellectual property
The Glassware name, logo, product photography and page content belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
